Who doesn’t love food? I don’t know about you, but I love food. And nothing makes me crave food more than a stressful exam and long nights spent reading and studying dusty old books. In this article we are going to discuss what the best brain foods to eat whilst studying!

Normally, snacking can be seen as quite a negative thing. We are all warned about the dangers of snacking and how that can affect our waistlines, however during our exams snacking on the right foods can give you a massive advantage and can help you to reach your full potential! Both of these help to support your brain.
